EcoVadis score sharing process showing client access to CSR scorecards and results

Once the assessment is completed, companies can share their EcoVadis scorecard directly from the platform.

This sharing feature allows clients and partners to access detailed results, without requiring a new assessment.

The process is simple, secure and fully digital, and is built into the EcoVadis online platform.

The principle behind EcoVadis score sharing

Each assessed company receives a CSR performance scorecard, which includes:

  • An overall score out of 100 points,
  • Theme-level scores (Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, Sustainable Procurement),
  • A potential medal (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum),
  • Improvement recommendations.

This scorecard can be shared with one or several clients, depending on the subscription plan.

The goal is to mutualize CSR assessments, avoiding multiple questionnaires sent to the same suppliers.

Good to know: An EcoVadis assessment is valid for 12 months. As long as the score is active, it can be shared with an unlimited number of clients if the company has a Premium account.

Steps to share your EcoVadis results

Score sharing is done directly from the EcoVadis user interface, in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Log in to the platform

Log in to your EcoVadis account at www.ecovadis.com using your credentials.

From your dashboard, go to the “My Customers” or “Network” section.

Step 2: Select the relevant client

If the client invited you to the assessment, they will already appear in your network.

If not, you can add a new partner to whom you want to share your results.

Step 3: Choose how to share your results

Select the client and click “Share my results”.

You can choose to share:

  • Your overall score and theme scores, or
  • Your full scorecard, including detailed feedback and recommendations.

The client will then receive an EcoVadis notification informing them that your results are available.

Step 4: Manage access permissions

You always retain full control over score sharing.

At any time, you can:

  • Revoke access for a client,
  • Update the shared scorecard after a reassessment,
  • Monitor active connections from your dashboard.
Tip: With a Premium account, score sharing is unlimited and can be automated across all partners. With a Basic plan, only one share is included.

Benefits of sharing your EcoVadis score

Sharing your EcoVadis results offers several strategic advantages:

  • Administrative simplification: one assessment for multiple clients.
  • Official recognition: your score is directly accessible within the EcoVadis network.
  • Time savings: avoids repeated CSR audits or questionnaires.
  • Transparency and trust: clients rely on a third-party verified assessment.
Good to know: EcoVadis score sharing is secure and confidential. Only partners explicitly authorized by your company can access your results.

Best practices for effective score sharing

To maximize the value of your EcoVadis scorecard:

  • Update CSR documents and KPIs at each reassessment to maintain score credibility.
  • Anticipate the annual renewal to avoid any gap in score validity.
  • Accompany score sharing with a short message explaining your progress and priorities.
  • Proactively share your score with new prospects or potential partners.

Example message:
“We are pleased to share that our company has achieved the EcoVadis Silver Medal 2025, recognizing our commitment to sustainable and responsible growth.”
