AI x CSR Barometer 2026: Where Do CSR Teams Stand with AI?

In a year, AI has become part of CSR teams' daily work: 93% of respondents use an LLM, up from 80% in 2025. They mostly use it to write emails, content and report sections. Yet data collection is the most time-consuming task for 50% of them, and only 13% hand it over to AI.

This second edition of the barometer surveyed around a hundred CSR and EHS professionals between July and September 2026, so we can see what has changed in a year.
