Company
The French leader in the manufacture and packaging of skincare and perfumes
Founded in 1995 by Alain Bréau, Superga Invest is a French family group that has established itself as a key player in luxury and beauty services. In 2019, the beauty division Superga Beauty was created, consolidating the activities of manufacturing and packaging treatments and fragrances, as well as the production of promotional items and retail.
Superga Beauty is distinguished by a corporate culture based on excellence, agility, innovation and a deep commitment to people. Present in France with 7 sites in Hauts-de-France and Grand Est, Superga Beauty is an ETI with more than 450 employees and generates an annual turnover of over 80 million euros.
Ditto is the central tool that allows us to transform our CSR compliance into a competitive advantage.

Challenges
A need to harmonize and promote its CSR approach
Superga Beauty's CSR commitment runs deep and long. Projects, policies and a strong determination already existed within the group. Their implementation was carried out without harmonization between the group's entities, however. Each division had its own processes and tools, which limited overall visibility and the effectiveness of initiatives.
The need was for central organization of the approach: centralizing data, consolidating the monitoring of key indicators, and formalizing shared governance, in order to concretely demonstrate the impact of actions already underway.
On top of this came growing pressure from major buyers on environmental topics. Some large brands or houses require their suppliers to document compliance across multiple frameworks: EcoVadis, CDP, and also proprietary platforms with their own KPIs. For Sophie Wardan, Group CSR Manager, this translates concretely into questionnaires to fill in, certifications to maintain, and scores to defend — all with limited resources and tight deadlines.
In a market where sustainability is becoming a decisive criterion, it was essential for Superga Beauty to adopt a more rigorous and effective approach to meet the expectations of its clients and partners.
Solution
A central compliance system for EcoVadis, CDP and CSRD
Faced with this need for structuring, Superga Beauty chose Ditto as its CSR and compliance copilot. By relying on Ditto, the company was able not only to formalize its commitments but also to integrate them into a dynamic of growth and credibility on the market.
The first step consisted of an in-depth diagnosis of existing initiatives within the various entities. This work made it possible to identify good practices to be generalized and priority areas for improvement.
Thanks to Ditto's features, Superga Beauty was able to structure an action plan aligned with three strategic criteria: importance (materiality), maturity of the company on each subject, and technical and operational feasibility. The group's CSR policies were consolidated around two fundamental pillars: social and environmental.
On the CDP assessment specifically, support took a tailored form. Sophie Wardan manages the project alone — from collecting internal data to the final submission. The Ditto team stepped in to optimize the questionnaire responses for Climate, integrate reporting data from the company's internal files, and identify areas for improvement. Result: a B score maintained from one year to the next, in a context of constrained resources.
The same efficiency logic applies to CSRD preparation: rather than treating each regulatory requirement in isolation, Ditto allows Superga Beauty to articulate its commitments in a coherent approach, avoiding duplication across frameworks and maximizing the value of each committed action.
The Ditto team understood our working pace and our level of progress in CSR. They found concrete answers adapted to the size of our company, without over-engineering the approach. That's what makes the difference.

Impact
A compliance time halved and increased trust with key account partners
The use of Ditto allowed Superga Beauty to obtain an overview of its CSR approach, to concretely demonstrate its impact and to structure its commitments in a sustainable way.
In 2025, Superga Beauty had achieved an EcoVadis score of 83/100 and a Platinum medal, placing it in the top 1% of evaluated companies. In April 2026, the company achieved 81/100 and a Gold medal. EcoVadis strengthens its rating criteria every year: maintaining a high level of performance in this context confirms the solidity of the approach.
Beyond certifications and evaluations, this recognition reinforces Superga Beauty's position as a leading player in the sustainable beauty industry. It allows the company to meet the growing expectations of partner brands who are looking for committed suppliers who comply with best CSR practices.
The benefits go well beyond the indicators. The company has gained in efficiency thanks to better data structuring and optimized engagement management. Teams have a clearer vision of goals and can better collaborate to drive the CSR strategy. Internally, the work dynamic has improved, encouraging greater employee adherence to the group's sustainable initiatives.
With the multiplicity of CSR issues and the diversity of stakeholders to coordinate, prioritization is essential. Ditto helps us stay focused on high-value actions and meet our clients' requirements with speed and precision.

A partnership shaping tomorrow's industrial benchmark
Based on these results, Superga Beauty decided to extend its partnership with Ditto and to make it its central CSR management and compliance tool. The integration of the CSRD module, in place for a year, allows the company to further strengthen its commitment by structuring itself according to a methodology aligned with regulatory requirements and market expectations.
Far from being a simple compliance exercise, this approach marks a strategic evolution for Superga Beauty, which aims to position itself as the reference industrial partner for beauty brands. "Invested in the energy and environmental transition, we want to be the reference industrial partner for cosmetic brands wishing to accelerate their own transition," says Leslie Breau Meniger, President of Superga Beauty.
In this logic, Ditto continues to work closely with Superga Beauty, regularly soliciting the company for product feedback in order to constantly improve its solutions. This collaboration illustrates how a structured and adapted approach can transform CSR into a powerful strategic lever, at the service of the growth, differentiation and competitiveness of a company.
