Challenge
A need to harmonize and promote its CSR approach
While corporate social responsibility (CSR) has always been a concern for Superga Beauty, its implementation was carried out without harmonization between the group's entities. Each cluster had its own processes and tools, but the lack of a structured global strategy hampered the effectiveness of the initiatives.
The company was facing several challenges: difficulties in centralizing and structuring its procedures, lack of formalization of policies, lack of consolidated monitoring of key indicators and inability to concretely prove the impact of the measures put in place. In a market where sustainability is becoming a decisive criterion, it was essential for Superga Beauty to adopt a more rigorous and effective approach to meet the expectations of its customers and partners.

A central compliance system for EcoVadis, CDP and CSRD
Faced with this need for structuring, Superga Beauty chose Beavir as CSR and compliance co-pilot. By relying on Beavir, the company was able not only to formalize its commitments but also to integrate them into a dynamic of growth and credibility on the market.
The first step consisted of an in-depth diagnosis of existing initiatives within the various entities. This work made it possible to identify good practices to be generalized and priority areas for improvement.

The use of Beavir allowed Superga Beauty to obtain an overview of its CSR approach, to concretely demonstrate its impact and to structure its commitments in a sustainable way. In 2025, this transformation resulted in major recognition: an overall score of 83/100, propelling Superga Beauty into the top 1% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis, accompanied by a platinum medal.
Beyond certification, this recognition reinforces Superga Beauty's position as a leading player in the sustainable cosmetics industry. It allows it to meet the growing expectations of partner brands who are looking for committed suppliers who comply with best CSR practices.
The benefits go well beyond the indicators. The company has gained in efficiency thanks to better data structuring and optimized engagement management. Teams have a clearer vision of goals and can better collaborate to drive the CSR strategy. Internally, the work dynamic has improved, encouraging greater employee adherence to the group's sustainable initiatives.
Based on these results, Superga Beauty decided to extend its partnership with Beavir and to make it its central CSR management and compliance tool.
