Company

A leading player in digital marketing in France

Founded in 2015, Mobsuccess has established itself as a reference in digital marketing in France. With 200 employees, the company supports its clients in the creation, implementation and distribution of innovative and effective advertising campaigns. For more than two and a half years, she has initiated a CSR approach, by creating a dedicated full-time position. This orientation responds to a growing awareness of societal and environmental requirements, but also to an economic reality: sustainability is a factor of competitiveness.

We are delighted to have been able to be supported by Ditto and Victoire in our project of this first submission for EcoVadis certification. It is a complicated and time-consuming exercise but necessary in order to take stock of our commitments and to move forward in a structured and reasonable manner towards a more rational future in our sector. This first silver medal motivates us to go further in 2026 and to involve all our stakeholders with us.

Challenges

Building credibility in a demanding market

However, despite a strong desire, Mobsuccess quickly ran into a difficulty: the lack of formalization of its CSR actions, which did not make it possible to highlight projects in progress or already carried out within the company. In particular with potential future customers, who are more and more likely to ask for formal proof of commitment through the ratification of charters, but also certifications. Faced with ever more structured competition on these issues, they decided to reinforce their actions in the face of the EcoVadis certification judgment.

Mobsuccess's managers very quickly understood that CSR was no longer just a matter of regulatory compliance but was a real lever for differentiation and value creation. Their objective was clear: to structure their approach to obtain an EcoVadis score greater than 60 and thus meet the growing requirements of the market, in particular Decathlon. To do this, they needed a simple, effective solution adapted to their operational reality.

Solution

A structured and collaborative partnership

It is in this context that Mobsuccess called on Ditto, CSR and compliance platform. In just a few months, the collaboration made it possible to provide a clear visibility on the state of play of their approach and to structure the various components. Ditto played a central role in organizing data, formalizing policies and setting up a structuring framework. By relying on the expertise and ergonomics of the tool, Mobsuccess teams were able to effectively collect and consolidate the necessary information, without wasting time on tedious administrative tasks.

One of the decisive aspects in the adoption of Ditto was the fluidity of the user experience and the intelligent support offered by the Ditto coach. Unlike other solutions that rely on a rigid normative framework, Ditto was able to adapt to the reality of Mobsuccess by offering concrete recommendations and real-time interaction via chat. Recurring feedback from the teams gave the feeling of being guided intuitively, allowing teams to adjust their actions accordingly.

Impact

Greater clarity and tangible business impact

The business impact of this structuring was not long in coming. By strengthening the readability of its commitments and by obtaining an EcoVadis score reflecting the efforts made over the past 2 years, Mobsuccess has gained credibility on the market. The ability to respond to tenders with solid CSR arguments has become a real asset. In a context where large companies are increasingly imposing ESG criteria on their partners, this advance positions Mobsuccess as a reliable player in line with market expectations.

The collaboration between Mobsuccess and Ditto does not end there. With a solid base now in place, the objective is to go further by integrating finer monitoring metrics and by anticipating future regulatory requirements. CSR is no longer perceived as a constraint but as a real strategic asset. By consolidating its position on these themes, Mobsuccess continues to differentiate itself and to be part of a responsible growth dynamic.

The story of Mobsuccess is a perfect illustration of how a company can transform a compliance issue into an opportunity for differentiation and competitiveness. With Ditto, the transition was smooth and effective, proving that structuring your CSR approach can be an accelerator of sustainable growth.
