  • Difficulty identifying areas for improvement for EcoVadis
  • Risk of information loss and lack of clarity on compliance
  • Impact

  • Clear structuring and centralization of CSR actions
  • Significant time savings thanks to Ditto models
  • Strengthened credibility with customers and partners
  • Intuitive, reassuring and easy to use platform
  • Better preparation for market expectations and tenders
  • Company

An international company facing operational complexity

Eres Relocation is a major player in relocation and immigration services, supporting companies and their international talents in their professional mobility. Present in 10 offices in 7 European countries, the company operates in a complex international environment, which makes the collection and management of information particularly difficult. Faced with a growing demand for transparency and responsibility in terms of sustainability, Eres Relocation is committed to structuring and valuing its CSR commitments in an effective manner. The company, which operates in an environment where regulatory compliance is essential, needed to meet the expectations of its customers while optimizing its internal processes. Management knew that sustainability and compliance were becoming strategic levers to strengthen its competitiveness and meet market requirements.

To any company considering using Ditto: go for it! The support, the intuitive platform and the quality of the models really make the difference. If you want to structure your CSR commitments without wasting time, this is the ideal solution.” ‍

    Challenges

Formalize its CSR commitments and gain in efficiency

Before working with Ditto, the management of CSR commitments and compliance was essentially based on the efforts of the Sustainability Manager, with the support of a dedicated person in each operational office. The company mainly used Excel to manage its documents, but this approach lacked centralization and efficiency. So the challenge was twofold. On the one hand, CSR commitments had to be further structured and formalized in order to meet the expectations of certifications and customers. On the other hand, it was crucial to simplify document management to reduce administrative burden and avoid any loss of information. The lack of visibility into potential improvements made it difficult to comply with EcoVadis criteria and slowed the company's evolution towards more sustainable practices. Eres Relocation needed not only to improve its CSR approach, but also to strengthen its credibility and competitiveness in a market where these criteria were becoming decisive differentiating factors.

    Solution

Ditto, a structuring and reassuring CSR co-pilot

Faced with these challenges, Eres Relocation chose Ditto, its CSR and compliance co-pilot, to structure and manage its approach in a fluid and effective manner. Ditto was not only a technological platform, but a real strategic lever to provide a clear and actionable vision of the CSR actions implemented. By centralizing data, facilitating compliance with industry standards and identifying opportunities for improvement, Ditto has enabled a rapid and frictionless ramp-up. Ditto has not only simplified document management thanks to its validated models, but also allowed the team to gain autonomy.

What I particularly appreciated about this partnership was the platform itself, which is a real asset. It is intuitive, easy to use and saves us precious time by offering us models that were already in line with EcoVadis expectations, and the artificial intelligence system checked my documents and reassured me enormously that I was not making mistakes.

    Impact

Strengthened credibility and increased confidence in the market

The results were quickly noticeable. In the space of one year, Eres Relocation has strengthened its positioning on the market by responding more effectively to the expectations of its customers and by distinguishing itself through increased transparency and credibility. The fluidity of exchanges with its partners has improved its reputation and strengthened trust, a key factor in its sector of activity.

Building on these successes, Eres Relocation does not intend to stop there. The rapid evolution of regulatory expectations and customer selection criteria requires constant vigilance and increased ability to adapt. With Ditto, it now has a co-pilot capable of anticipating developments and helping it maintain its competitive advantage. The company is exploring new ways of optimizing, in particular by integrating even more precise performance indicators and by developing strategic partnerships based on transparency and trust.

The solution has strengthened our positioning with our customers and partners, especially those who attach great importance to CSR criteria. This allowed us to strengthen our credibility and demonstrate our commitment to sustainability. In terms of turnover, although the direct impact is not immediately quantifiable, I am convinced that this approach will have a long-term effect by strengthening our attractiveness and opening the way to new markets, especially those that value responsible businesses.
