On October 8–9, 2025, the Palais des Congrès in Paris hosted the 18th edition of Produrable, France’s leading sustainable economy event.
Over 15,000 visitors, 750 speakers, and 340 partners gathered to explore how to make CSR more efficient, measurable, and collaborative.
Ditto joined the conversation with a stand and two hands-on workshops on AI adoption and operational tools for CSR teams.
A More Human, Operational, and Collaborative CSR
This year’s edition highlighted a clear shift: CSR is no longer the responsibility of a single expert team — it’s becoming a shared business function.
Discussions across the three thematic villages — Environment, Social & HR, and Governance & Reporting — all pointed to the same conclusion:
Credibility now depends on collaboration, traceability, and results.
Panels covered a wide range of topics, including:
- Decarbonization and biodiversity, with insights from The Shift Project,
- Social dialogue and inclusion, in the HR Village,
- Sustainable finance and governance, with case studies from Caisse d’Épargne Île-de-France,
- Energy transition, with experts François Gemenne and Emmanuelle Wargon,
- Territorial engagement and ecosystem regeneration, led by ORÉE.
AI and CSR: Closing the Gap Between Words and Action
Ditto’s first workshop, led by Florence Jean (CSR Director, Europ Assistance) and Pierre Poirmeur (CEO, Ditto), explored the real-world impact of AI on CSR practices.
Jean shared Europ Assistance’s rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot to 12,000 employees — an initiative that improved research and reporting speed but also revealed risks of bias and inaccuracy.
“AI relieves reporting, but it doesn’t replace credibility, relationships, or human prioritization.” — Florence Jean
Three Safeguards for Credible AI
Florence Jean also emphasized digital sobriety:
“I don’t use AI for everything. It has to bring real value.”
The CSR Professional’s AI Toolkit
On the following day, Alexis de Taillac (Ditto) delivered a hands-on session on how to make AI truly actionable for CSR teams.
Objective: show how to go from “I’m discovering a topic” to “I’m presenting a structured CSR strategy” in under an hour.
This method illustrated a simple truth: CSR teams don’t lack tools — they need the right combination and structure to use them effectively.
Key Takeaways from Produrable 2025
Conclusion
Produrable 2025 confirmed a shift toward a more structured, transparent, and performance-driven CSR.
For Ditto, this evolution validates our mission: helping over 500 companies transform compliance from a constraint into a lever of trust and performance.
